Coffee Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team in Gujrat, India.

This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers.

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to recipes and customer requests

• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and processing payments

• Maintain cleanliness of work area, equipment, and utensils

• Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies

• Keep track of customer orders to ensure timely delivery

• Assist in training new team members on coffee preparation techniques

• Adhere to food safety standards at all times

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role

• In-depth knowledge of coffee types, brewing techniques, and latte art

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Good communication skills in English (knowledge of local languages is a plus)

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

• Must be legally allowed to work in India
