Main Responsibilities
  • We are looking for a seasoned frontend expert to lead our application architecture, development, and performance across multiple modules.
  • The ideal candidate will collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver clean, intuitive, user interfaces.
  • Mentorship opportunities exist for frontend engineers, promoting best practices through code reviews and feedback.
  • Ensure consistency and scalability through component libraries and shared design systems.
  • Support build processes and CI/CD practices for high-quality releases.

Stay current with modern frontend technologies and bring forward recommendations when appropriate.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with 1–2 years in a technical leadership capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of component-based architecture, state management, and RESTful integrations.
  • Experience with frontend tooling like Webpack, Vite, and version control systems like Git.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress), and Agile workflows.
Nice to Have
  • Experience working with EHR systems or in the healthcare software domain.
  • Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
  • Experience building or managing design systems.
