We are seeking an accomplished Chief Technology Officer to spearhead our technical and development teams, overseeing project execution and driving innovation for global clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional software development teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle from requirement gathering to final delivery, ensuring timely completion and high quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and clients to align technical strategies with business objectives.
  • Develop and enforce project timelines, sprint planning, and agile practices to optimize team performance.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and maintaining a strong focus on quality assurance.
  • Guide team leads and developers on architecture, scalability, and coding standards to drive technical excellence.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and resource allocation across technical teams to maximize efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in senior leadership roles such as CTO, Head of Engineering, or Project Manager.
  • Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies like Agile/Scrum.
  • Hands-on experience with managing frontend, backend, UI/UX, QA, and DevOps teams to drive technical success.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage both local and remote teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in project tracking tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana to streamline workflow.
  • Technical background with exposure to modern tech stacks and cloud platforms is highly desirable.
