About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a team of schools in the area, driving academic excellence and growth.

  • As an Area Education Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall leadership and management of schools in the area, working closely with school administrators to improve academic outcomes.
  • You will also be accountable for ensuring effective communication with community members, fostering strong relationships between schools and the local community.

In addition, you will work closely with other AEMs to share best practices and support regional development.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve academic performance, working closely with Principals and Teachers to drive growth.
  • Maintain effective communication with community members, encouraging use of community resources where possible.
  • Work with RHR Manager to recruit and develop quality Principals and Teachers.
  • Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to Principals and Teachers.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Improvement in SSR and fee collection enhancement.
  • Enhanced day-to-day fleet management.
  • Strong relationships with community members and Principals.
