As a key member of the legal team, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing suits, petitions and interlocutory applications filed on behalf of the Company. This includes drafting and vetting a range of contracts and legal documents to ensure they meet the required standards.

The role also involves reviewing and advising on constitutional agreements and documents of the Company, including joint venture, technical and distributorship agreements. Additionally, you will provide opinions on laws and related matters, such as property law and banking transactions.

Instructing and assisting external legal counsel on all litigation, whether civil or criminal in nature, is another critical aspect of this position. You will also monitor and regularly update management on the status of all litigation.

Assisting the Company Secretary in corporate and governance matters is an important part of this role. Furthermore, you will advise, strategize and assist management in all legal matters of the Company.
