Supply Chain Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our growing e-commerce operation, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain process from procurement to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Fulfillment Management: Manage daily order fulfillment for direct-to-consumer and business-to-business shipments, ensuring timely delivery and satisfied customers.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with third-party logistics providers, couriers, and warehouse teams to optimize supply chain operations.
  • Inventory Optimization: Oversee inventory levels across platforms and warehouses, analyzing data to inform replenishment decisions.
  • Vendor Partnerships: Collaborate with vendors to negotiate lead times, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Bulk Order Handling: Manage bulk business-to-business orders, invoicing, and logistics, streamlining processes for maximum efficiency.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic solutions.
  • KPI Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators such as order accuracy, delivery timelines, and cost efficiency, making data-driven decisions to drive growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Supply Chain Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain or fulfillment roles, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Logistics Knowledge: Strong understanding of logistics, inventory, and order processing.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with Shopify, Amazon FBA, or similar software is an advantage.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for business-to-business coordination.
  • Problem-Solving: Attention to detail with problem-solving skills.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
