Job Title: Career Guidance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Career Guidance Specialist to join our team. In this full-time on-site role, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students in selecting universities and courses, assisting with application processes, reviewing personal statements, offering scholarship advice, and ensuring proper visa documentation.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to work with students and help them achieve their academic goals abroad. As a Career Guidance Specialist, you will conduct career counseling sessions, maintain transparent communication with students, and deliver exceptional customer service to meet individual student needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and support to students in selecting universities and courses
  • Assist with application processes, including university selection and course guidance
  • Review personal statements and offer scholarship advice
  • Ensure proper visa documentation
  • Conduct career counseling sessions
  • Maintain transparent communication with students
  • Deliver exceptional customer service

Requirements

  • Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge and experience in Education counseling
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with the UK education system is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field
