Marketing and Recruiting Professional

We are looking for a talented professional with 0-3 years of experience in marketing and recruiting to help drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to market consultants on the bench, identify future hiring needs, and attract top candidates through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote consultants on the bench.
  • Provide regular updates on submissions to the Marketing Director.
  • Keep consultants informed about their profile submissions and interviews.
  • Create and implement an overall recruitment strategy.
  • Design and update job descriptions and specifications.
  • Analyze job requirements and objectives to document critical skills and qualifications.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to relevant job boards and databases.
  • Source and recruit high-quality candidates using social media and other channels.
  • Evaluate candidates' resumes and applications.
  • Conduct thorough interviews using reliable selection tools.
  • Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Onboard new employees to ensure seamless integration.
  • Implement HR best practices and provide analytical reports.
  • Build influential relationships with candidates during the selection process.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English is essential.
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management is a plus.
