Job Title: Food Safety Compliance Manager

**Job Description:**

As a Food Safety Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food production, catering, and food services are in compliance with statutory, regulatory, and ISO standards, policies, and procedures. Your primary goal is to maintain a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff.

Your key responsibilities include:
  • Requisition processing and follow-up
  • Maintaining the food safety program up-to-date and ensuring all staff knows how and when to manage records
  • Performing checks on our business for any breaches of food safety
  • Coordinating and assisting with technical training and overall competency to management and employees regarding the operational aspects of the food safety program, pest control, environmental, operational methods, and personnel practices
  • Completing food supplier audits against the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point systems implemented, identifying corrective actions required, and escalating major concerns to ensure necessary actions are taken
  • Ensuring that all food prepared is clean and safe; any premises that store, prepare, produce, cook, or service food must comply with hygiene standards
  • Ensuring all staff receives proper training on correct food safety practices


**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also have knowledge of food safety regulations and standards, as well as experience in implementing and maintaining food safety programs.
