We are seeking an accomplished leader to spearhead the development and launch of innovative digital-first companies. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can identify market opportunities, develop business models, and drive growth.

1. Market Opportunity Identification: Discover attractive market opportunities, customer pain points, and business models for new high-margin digital-first companies.
2. Business Development: Define value proposition, go-to-market strategy, roadmap, financial model, including unit economics, scaling levers, and key performance indicators.
3. Launch and Iteration: Launch and iterate on the Minimum Lovable Product/Service (MLP/S) using low/no code tools, measuring key metrics that drive success.
4. Leadership: Assume interim founder responsibilities until external leadership is hired, supporting recruitment and contributing to existing ventures as needed.

2. Courage under Fire: Demonstrate courage in challenging situations, taking ownership and getting hands-on with projects from initial idea triage to pitching recommendations to founding partners.
