Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial leader to join our organization in the role of Financial Leadership Position. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our finance department, providing guidance and support to the finance team.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. They will develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and controls to support business growth, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Developing and implementing financial strategies, policies, and controls to support business growth.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conducting financial analysis and risk assessments to inform business decisions.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred), as well as minimum 5 years of experience in a finance leadership role. Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial modeling is essential.
