Teaching Position in Mechatronics Engineering

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced candidate to join our faculty as Assistant Professor in Mechatronics Engineering.

  • Job Description:

Our ideal candidate will have expertise in teaching and research in the area of mechatronics engineering, with a strong background in electrical, industrial, or mechanical engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures, labs, and tutorials to undergraduate students, as well as contributing to curriculum development and academic programs.

  • Required Qualifications and Skills:

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a PhD in Mechatronics or a related field from a recognized university, with specialization in PLCs and Industrial Automation/Robots, Dynamics and Control/Embedded Programming and Hardware Design. PEC registration is also mandatory. Experience in industry or academia is highly desirable.

  • Other Requirements:

Candidates must submit scanned copies of their academic and professional documents, including attested/verified last education certificate/degree by HEC. They must also provide proof of PEC registration number, if applicable. Note that candidates may be ineligible if they meet any of the following criteria: having less than a 3rd Division in academic records or a weak academic profile, NUST employees with less than one year of service or lacking an NOC from their Head of Institution, currently pursuing a required degree, medically unfit.
