
Shift Coordinator

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scheduling shifts to include work station assignments and rotations, employee vacations, breaks, overtime assignment, backup for absent employees, and shift rotations. They will be responsible for coordinating with the Human Resource Department to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
A key aspect of this role is effective communication with other Instructors and staff to ensure a smooth operation. The person must also maintain a clean and safe work area.
To succeed in this position, you will need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Additionally, you should have excellent time management skills, good communication skills, and a willingness to meet deadlines.

Job Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Admin/Operation
