Role Overview

This position plays a pivotal role in advising and supporting engagement teams to leverage business processes for effective project management with clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive financial advisory support to engagement teams through various technological conduits.
  • Conduct regular outreach to engagement teams identified as needing intervention through financial metrics exception reporting.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience working with customers remotely, dealing empathetically with their problems under pressure while maintaining a strong work ethic geared towards exemplary customer service.
  • Build credibility and trust with senior stakeholders across various regions while demonstrating resilience.
