**Job Description**
As a Search Engine Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive search engine marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and boost sales for our clients. You will work closely with our creative teams to design and develop compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement search engine marketing strategies to meet client objectives.
* Conduct thorough keyword research to inform campaign structure and targeting.
* Create, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns to achieve performance and ROI goals.
* Collaborate with creative teams to design and develop compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences.
* Implement ad extensions to enhance ad visibility and performance.
* Allocate and manage budgets for different campaigns to maximize ROI.
* Monitor daily and monthly budget caps, adjust bids, and optimize spend to achieve campaign objectives.
* Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Bing Ads to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.
* Generate regular performance reports and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* Proven experience as a Search Engine Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
* Proficiency with PPC platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
* Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant platforms.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to write compelling ad copy and create engaging advertising content.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Bachelor's degree.
