We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to take on this pivotal role in driving growth by identifying and nurturing opportunities within key IT services domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales, business development, and client acquisition, with a proven ability to leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot for lead generation.
This mid-level role is responsible for driving Bitsol's growth through market research, relationship management, and strategic communication.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, and other tools to identify, qualify, and engage potential clients globally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring alignment with their needs and the company's offerings.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities within HealthTech, EdTech, and emerging IT domains.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the resource augmentation model, including presenting its benefits to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling company profiles, proposals, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Represent the company at virtual global events, fostering relationships and driving business development activities.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to align strategies for revenue growth.
- Act as the initial point of contact for prospects, effectively conveying company values and services.
- Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics and business development activities to senior leadership.
