Financial Operations Manager

This is a pivotal role in managing financial operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, and maintaining robust financial controls. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of the domain, exhibit exceptional problem-solving abilities, demonstrate unwavering integrity, and manage financial processes with precision and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily finance operations, including accounting, reporting, and analysis.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Verify the accuracy and integrity of financial statements while adhering to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide financial insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and organizational goals.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement.
- Identify and resolve financial issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate completion of audit processes.
Requirements:
- Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CA.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategy, planning, and analysis, including taxation, auditing, forecasting, budgeting, and internal control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SAP S/4 Hana.
- Advanced proficiency in digital transformation using SAP S/4HANA and Power BI.
- Strong commitment to ethical financial practices and corporate governance.
