Are you looking for a challenging role that involves financial management and accounting expertise? As a Senior Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing bills, reconciling accounts, and processing payroll.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand document flow, sources of income, and categorization of expenses.
  • Prepare monthly bills for services provided by vendors, including utilities, telecom, etc.
  • Reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Review financial data for accuracy and ensure proper transaction recording.
  • Prepare payroll records, including tax and other deductions for employees.
  • Process payroll calculations, ensuring accuracy in deductions and net wages for all employees.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Software Expertise: Thorough understanding and proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, Sage 50, and Excel.
  • Proactive & Self-Driven: Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong Client Communication: Ability to manage direct bookkeeping with clients, including communication of financial information.
