Are you looking for a challenging role that involves financial management and accounting expertise? As a Senior Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing bills, reconciling accounts, and processing payroll.
Key Responsibilities- Understand document flow, sources of income, and categorization of expenses.
- Prepare monthly bills for services provided by vendors, including utilities, telecom, etc.
- Reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Review financial data for accuracy and ensure proper transaction recording.
- Prepare payroll records, including tax and other deductions for employees.
- Process payroll calculations, ensuring accuracy in deductions and net wages for all employees.
- Software Expertise: Thorough understanding and proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, Sage 50, and Excel.
- Proactive & Self-Driven: Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong Client Communication: Ability to manage direct bookkeeping with clients, including communication of financial information.
