E-Commerce Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced e-commerce professional to join our team as a Compliance Executive. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing Amazon Seller Central accounts and ensuring compliance across global e-commerce platforms.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Account Health Management: Monitor and maintain healthy Amazon Seller Central accounts by tracking key metrics, such as ODR, VTR, and late shipment rate, and taking proactive steps to prevent problems.
  2. Product Review and Rating Management: Manage and monitor product reviews and ratings to ensure they meet platform guidelines, identify trends, and flag any suspicious or non-compliant activity.
  3. Internal Audits: Conduct regular internal audits to spot potential compliance issues and resolve them before they impact account performance.
  4. Dispute Resolution: Handle warnings, ASIN suppressions, and disputes—documenting and resolving them quickly and professionally.
  5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with product, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure compliance is part of every step of our process.
  6. Platform Communication: Communicate with Amazon Seller Support and platform reps when needed to handle escalations.
  7. Record Keeping: Keep clear, organized records of any compliance activity, audit logs, and resolutions.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, E-commerce, Compliance, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience working directly with Amazon Seller Central, including listing compliance, account health, and resolving violations.
  • Familiarity with other e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Walmart, or eBay.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce regulations and platform-specific compliance requirements.
  • Someone with great attention to detail—you're good at spotting issues early and fixing them fast.
  • Clear and confident communication skills—you can explain policies and respond professionally both internally and to platforms.
  • Comfortable using Amazon Seller tools, Excel/Google Sheets, CRM platforms, and internal dashboards.
  • A self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-moving e-commerce environment.
