Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Software QA Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts and drive excellence in our software development processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a world-class suite of products, ensuring the highest standards of quality, and collaborating closely with engineering and product teams to achieve our organization's quality goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Quality Leadership
      • Develop and implement quality strategies to ensure the overall quality of our platform
      • Define and track QA metrics to measure the quality of our platform
      • Collaborate with engineering teams to define and update quality standards
      • Drive adoption of QA best practices across development teams
      • Develop and execute automation and manual QA strategies and roadmaps
    • Team Management
      • Lead a team of QA engineers to deliver on quality strategy and roadmap
      • Monitor performance of team members and provide feedback through regular reviews
      • Able to support the growth of technical skills of team members in both manual and automation tracks
    Requirements:
    • At least 10 years of experience in software testing for web apps, mobile apps, and web services
    • Minimum 3 years of experience managing a team
    • Experience setting up and maintaining Continuous Integration (CI) systems, preferably using GitHub Actions
    • Experience using Playwright with Typescript
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
    • Able to prioritize tasks based on impact, implementability, and resources availability
    • Able to motivate others
    • High degree of problem-solving skill and sound judgment
