IT Strategist

We seek a seasoned IT professional to lead our technology operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and exceptional leadership skills to manage a team of IT professionals.

• Develop and implement effective technology strategies to ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of our systems.
• Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and upgrade of hardware, software, and networks to meet business needs.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the IT department, including resource allocation, budgeting, and personnel management.
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements to enhance company productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions.
• Ensure data backup and disaster recovery plans are in place to minimize downtime.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role with expertise in network administration, security systems, database management, etc.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Proven track record in implementing successful technology strategies within a company.
• Knowledge of financial planning and budgeting for IT projects.
