ERP Transformation Specialist

We are looking for a skilled ERP transformation specialist to lead and manage the implementation of Odoo across multiple businesses. This role covers key Odoo modules, including Manufacturing, HR, Finance, CRM, Payroll, Fleet Management, POS, and more.
After completing our internal deployment, you will transition to delivering Odoo implementation projects for customers, supporting our goal of becoming an Odoo implementation partner in 2025. A key focus will be on ERP migrations from other systems (QuickBooks, SAP, etc.).
Leverage Technology for Smarter ERP Solutions
In addition to your expertise in Odoo, we appreciate candidates who are familiar with AI-driven productivity tools. Using AI tools like process automation software can enhance Odoo implementations by optimizing workflows, generating quick user guides, and assisting in data migration. While not mandatory, experience in leveraging AI tools for documentation, automation, and system analysis will be a plus.
Key Responsibilities- Implement & configure Odoo across multiple businesses.
- Manage multi-company setups, ensuring smooth operations and reporting.
- Lead ERP migrations from QuickBooks, SAP, and other systems.
- Perform basic customizations using Odoo Studio (technical team available for complex cases).
- Provide user training & process automation recommendations.
- Work with developers for API integrations & advanced customizations.
- Assist in Odoo customer projects after internal deployment.
- 2+ years of experience in Odoo Functional Implementation.
- Hands-on expertise in Odoo configuration, workflows, and reporting.
- Experience with ERP migrations (Odoo, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Basic knowledge of Odoo Studio & data migration tools (Python is a plus but not mandatory).
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and training skills.
- Full-time availability.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
