Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing websites to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.

Main Responsibilities
  • Analyze website structure and content to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEO efforts with broader business goals
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest search engine algorithm changes and industry trends
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field required
  • Minimum 3 years of technical experience in SEO
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of search engines, marketing principles, and industry trends
Technical Skills
  • Website architecture and structure: Ability to audit and optimize website structure for better crawlability and indexability
  • Page speed optimization: Knowledge of techniques to improve website loading speed, including image optimization, minification, and caching
  • Mobile optimization: Understanding of mobile-first indexing and ensuring websites are optimized for mobile devices
  • Schema markup: Ability to implement structured data to enhance search engine result appearance
Keyword Research and Analysis
  • Proficiency in keyword research tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
  • Understanding of search intent and long-tail keywords
  • Competitor analysis: Ability to analyze competitor keywords and strategies
Content Creation and Optimization
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Knowledge of on-page optimization techniques such as optimizing title tags, meta descriptions, headers, and URL structures
  • Content strategy development: Ability to plan and create content that aligns with SEO goals and user intent
  • Understanding of content optimization for featured snippets and rich snippets
Link Building
  • Understanding of link building techniques, including outreach, guest posting, and content promotion
  • Ability to identify high-quality and relevant websites for link acquisition
  • Familiarity with tools for backlink analysis and monitoring
Analytics and Reporting
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Search Console
  • Ability to track and analyze key SEO metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates
  • Experience with data visualization tools for creating reports and dashboards
