HR Generalist

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Human Resources and be able to provide strategic support to the organization.

• Develop and implement HR initiatives and programs to drive business results
• Provide guidance on policies and procedures to employees
• Support recruitment efforts by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HR initiatives
• Manage employee data and maintain accurate records

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations (preferably in FMCG)
• Proven experience as an HR officer, administrator, or other HR position
• Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.)
• Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
