Job Title: Visual Designer

We are seeking a skilled and creative visual designer to join our team.

Job Description:

A visual designer plays a crucial role in creating visually appealing websites for our clients. Key responsibilities include conceptualizing and implementing innovative ideas, creating visual elements that align with client branding, and working closely with the web development team to ensure smooth implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Test and improve website designs.
  • Develop design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
  • Maintain website appearance by enforcing content standards.
  • Create visual imagery for websites that align with clients' branding.
  • Work with different content management systems.
  • Communicate design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.
  • Incorporate functionalities and features into websites.
  • Design sample pages, including colors and fonts.
  • Prepare design plans and present website structures.
  • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
  • Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Graduation with a relevant diploma in a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a visual designer.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and other visual design tools.

Technical Skills:

  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
  • Proven understanding of graphic design fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and other visual design tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to take a project from concept to launch.
  • Good understanding of content management systems.
  • Good understanding of search engine optimization principles.
  • Strong command of color theory, image composition, and typography.
  • Ability to deliver production-ready digital assets in a wide variety of formats.
  • Awareness of UI/UX principles.
