A successful Sales/Account Manager will drive business growth and penetration in the healthcare and software sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage account relationships to achieve sales targets.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop new business opportunities.
  • Lead and execute key account plans to achieve assigned business goals.
  • Provide solutions to clients by applying concepts, techniques, knowledge or processes and display thought leadership.
Contract Management
  • Assist in preparing contractual agreements with clients.
  • Ensure projects are delivered under contract parameters and take ownership of any contract-related clarifications.
  • Manage and resolve contract-related changes and issues.
Relationship Management
  • Maintain formal communication with clients to foster relationships.
  • Act as a relationship manager and maintain liaison between clients and project teams.
  • Follow up on sign-offs and recoveries of ongoing project payments and update project sponsors.
  • Prepare necessary documents for clients to ensure timely payment tracking.
Job Requirements
  • Exposure to healthcare/hospital environments, processes, and workflows.
  • Prior experience in healthcare information systems (HMIS) is preferred.
  • Project management skills.
  • Training and presentation skills.
  • Business acumen.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Sales and account management skills.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Multi-tasking in a matrixed environment.
