Software Quality Assurance Specialist

The position is responsible for ensuring the quality of our software solutions. This role collaborates closely with software developers and architects to identify and resolve issues, developing and executing tests to validate software functionality.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop test plans based on software requirements and technical specifications.
  • Document results and compare them to expected outcomes.
  • Identify software failures to enable defect discovery and correction.
  • Document and report issues; track issue resolution.
  • Participate in application planning meetings.
  • Establish an automated testing infrastructure.
  • Enhance test automation scripts.
  • Implement Continuous Integration using Jenkins.
  • Understand the application and its environment to develop a suitable automation approach.
Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a software development environment as a programmer or tester.
  • Experience with QA Automation tools.
  • Ability to write automated scripts for testing User Interfaces, REST-based APIs, and Web Services.
  • Experience in problem/issue identification, documentation, tracking, and resolution.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Capacity to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
