Job Responsibilities

This role requires a creative and organized individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing clothing products that meet client specifications and expectations.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Designing and creating initial prototypes of clothing products for client review and feedback.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of clothing products.
  • Managing customer relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform design decisions.
  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of fashion design principles and practices.
  • Providing support and guidance to junior designers and colleagues as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must have a strong background in fashion design and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a keen eye for detail and creativity.

  • Bachelor's degree in fashion design or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fashion design or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of pattern making and cutting techniques.
  • Excellent design and conceptual skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Eastern and Western styles and cultural influences.
