Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled software engineer with a 2-year background in modern software development to work on new product development and general software engineering.

About the Role

The primary technologies used will be React for the front-end and Django Rest API for the back-end, hosted on AWS ECS services.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Reviewing current and new applications' requirements
  2. Executing the full software development lifecycle
  3. Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code
  4. Integrating software components into a functional system
  5. Developing verification plans and quality assurance procedures
  6. Documenting and maintaining software functionality
  7. Preparing user manuals and training materials
  8. Collaborating with and training other developers
  9. Tailoring and deploying software tools and processes
  10. Ensuring compliance with project plans and industry standards
  11. Testing products in controlled environments before deployment
  12. Maintaining in-house developed applications and databases
  13. Enhancing and upgrading existing applications
  14. Troubleshooting and resolving software-related issues
Requirements:

A skillset including:

  1. Python
  2. React
  3. Redux and Redux Toolkit
  4. Tailwind CSS
  5. HTML5
  6. CSS
  7. WordPress
  8. Testing and bug resolution
  9. Github
  10. ERD diagramming and system documentation
  11. AWS and server deployment knowledge
  12. Docker and S3 experience
  13. Ability to write clean code and lead codebase management
  14. Self-motivation and ability to deliver projects independently
  15. Collaboration with project partners to identify product and technical requirements
  16. Coordination with other programmers and designers
