Business Development Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and engaging leads through various marketplaces, building new business opportunities for the company, and driving sales growth.

The role of a Business Development Manager involves:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts.
  • Creating and presenting pitches, proposals, and presentations to secure new business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Selling digital services online through Upwork & LinkedIn.
  • Identifying partnership opportunities.
  • Developing new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand.
  • Thinking critically when planning to assure project success.
  • Proactively initiating and generating leads.
  • Screening all sales leads for accreditation eligibility.
  • Maintaining an awareness of current and continual changes in the marketplace.
  • Working on weekly and monthly leads targets and KPIs.
  • Organizing marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Candidates should be dynamic enough to achieve our monthly or quarterly targets.
  • Should be comfortable in client interaction.
  • Setting up portfolios on websites and getting projects through these websites.
  • Candidates should know how to write proposals for projects.
  • Generating business through online freelancing portals like Upwork, PeoplePerHour, WorkChest, Guru, and Freelancer.
