We are seeking a driven and results-focused Business Development Executive to join our Oxbridge Digital team.
Responsibilities:- Pursue new business opportunities in the real estate sector, identifying and developing leads through strategic partnerships and sales efforts.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and communication to foster trust and loyalty.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth, using data-driven insights to inform business decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that attract potential clients, leveraging digital channels and offline events to maximize brand visibility.
- Demonstrate effective presentation skills, delivering compelling pitches to potential clients and stakeholders and articulating the value proposition of our services.
- Navigate complex negotiations to secure deals, leveraging your expertise to close high-value transactions and meet sales targets.
- Consistently deliver results that drive business growth and success, meeting and exceeding performance metrics and sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with a solid foundation in business principles and practices.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in real estate, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and building strong relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, partners, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate successful outcomes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meeting deadlines and managing competing priorities.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software, with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies as needed.
