Product Design Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Product Designer to enhance our digital financial product, collaborating with executives to create a user-friendly and comprehensive payment solution.

The ideal candidate will be a curious designer who possesses infinite curiosity to make Digital Design better and create the overall user experience for a digital financial product solving all financial and end-user needs. You will partner with senior leaders, including the CEO and CMO, to create the future of digital payments.

This is an incredible opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the future of our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all design and innovation aspects of our products and services, ensuring modern, simple, and elegant designs for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and innovate new product features and services that meet user requirements and are based on the progressive disclosure principle.
  • Work directly with senior leaders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Manage a team of designers, providing regular feedback on UX/UI and supporting their growth and development.
  • Transform the user experience, organization, and design team by introducing new ideas and best practices.
  • Present your roadmap at company-wide check-ins, identifying end-user needs and behavior through research, observation, interviews, surveys, analytics, and user testing.
  • Lead teams to create and deliver high-quality digital experiences and artifacts, such as user-experience patterns, wireframes, screens, prototypes, and design systems.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product design, preferably in the finance industry.
  • A portfolio showcasing excellent UX/UI design skills, creative thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven record of shipping features on time and on budget, with a focus on user-centered design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Figma, Framer, Adobe Illustrator, or other visual designing software.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and design trends.
