Customer Support and Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Support and Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales and customer support department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

About the Role

This is a full-time on-site role that involves working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering excellent customer support and sales results. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess a strong ability to multitask.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support through various channels including phone, email, and online platforms
  • Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities and developing effective sales strategies
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and customer support teams to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to work night shifts
  • Previous experience in customer support or sales roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Working Conditions

This is a full-time on-site role, and you will be required to work night shifts. You will be based at our office location and will be expected to adhere to our company policies and procedures.
