Job Summary:

This role involves leading and mentoring a team of AI Business Systems Analysts, acting as a senior advisor to management on AI technologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical and problem-solving skillset, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and knowledge of AI technologies and their potential applications in business operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading and/or mentoring a team of AI Business Systems Analysts
  • Acting as a senior advisor to management on AI technologies and their applications
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI opportunities
  • Analyzing complex data sets to identify trends and patterns that can be leveraged to improve business performance
  • Developing and implementing advanced AI-based solutions that drive business growth and efficiency
  • Creating detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Ongoing research and training to stay abreast of the latest AI technologies and trends
  • Ensuring that AI-based solutions comply with legal and ethical standards
  • Testing – Ensuring that newly developed or enhanced computer systems are thoroughly tested and properly deployed
  • IT Liaison – Providing a bridge to lead/supplement communications between business areas and technical resources for design and development
  • Ability to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of AI technologies and their potential applications in business operations
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques
  • Understand database technologies including table structure and stored procedures. Ability to report on and update data via SQL
  • MS office products (Word, Excel, Project, Visio)
  • Strong computer aptitude
  • Ability to trouble shoot and solve application problems where technical understanding of the application is required
