We are seeking a highly skilled professional to maintain an organized digital and physical repository of all project-related documents.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in documentation, report writing, communications, and implementing educational, media, or research projects. They should possess excellent report writing and documentation skills, strong IT skills with structured and organized filing, and a positive, non-discriminatory attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a centralized digital repository of all project-related documents
  • Compile, edit, and format regular narrative reports, success stories, and updates
  • Track progress on deliverables and flag gaps or delays in required documentation
  • Develop content for digital platforms to showcase project activities, milestones, and impact stories
  • Ensure all communication outputs align with donor branding and visibility guidelines
  • Work closely with the central and field teams to ensure timely submission of documentation from all project sites
  • Support planning and documentation of events, workshops, and field visits

The selected candidate will be a team player with a proactive, well-organized, and self-motivated approach. They should be able to work effectively with communities, volunteers, and district-level partners, and be willing to travel extensively for national/international assignments.
