A skilled software engineer seeks this dynamic role in software development

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing end-to-end testing processes, participating in technical design and implementation to support business initiatives, and developing, maintaining, and enhancing the automation framework with industry-standard automation tools and frameworks. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the CI/CD of releases with pipelines and coordinate release activities. The successful candidate will be well-versed in automation testing tools and frameworks like Selenium, TestNG, Junit, JMeter, etc. and have experience working with databases using SQL, preferably Oracle. Additionally, they will be familiar with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies and have experience working with APIs (Public or Private), Contact Management (cases, routing, and blending), Web Application especially servicing large customer base, System Integration and Packaged Software Implementation.

Main Responsibilities
Design and execute test plans, scenarios, and cases for End to End testing and Load & Performance testing, participate in code reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement of software development processes and methodologies. Stay current with the latest software development trends and technologies to drive innovation and improve software solutions. Develop, maintain, and enhance the automation framework with industry-standard automation tools and frameworks, and drive the CI/CD of releases with pipelines. Participate in technical design and implementation to support business initiatives and design and implement end-to-end testing processes.
