Job Title: Sales Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Business Development Manager to join our team at Mustakbil.com. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new corporate clients, developing strong relationships with them, and selling online recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Understanding: Gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements to provide tailored solutions.
  • Lead Generation: Identify potential clients, generate corporate leads, and increase sales through effective marketing strategies.
  • Presentation and Proposal: Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients to showcase the value of our online recruitment solutions.
  • Client Engagement: Direct contact, appointment, meeting, and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and build strong relationships.
  • Negotiation and Sales: Negotiate and sell our online recruitment solutions to meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with existing and potential customers to achieve sales targets and market share.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and ethical requirements.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Degree in Business Administration or Sales Marketing from a reputable institution.
  • Experience: Proven track record of building corporate relationships in Business Development with a minimum of 1 year working experience in Corporate Sales.
  • Skills: Highly effective interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent presentation, negotiation, and demonstration skills, and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
