Job Description: The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO, as well as content strategy and social media marketing. They will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to improve website visibility and ranking on search engines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical SEO:
    • Conduct comprehensive SEO audits to identify technical issues and areas for improvement.
    • Optimize website structure, URL architecture, and internal linking for better crawlability and indexability.
    • Improve site load times and overall performance by optimizing images, code, and server response times.
    • Implement structured data and schema markup to enhance search engine understanding and improve SERP features.
    • Ensure the website is mobile-friendly and adheres to best practices for mobile SEO.
  • On-Page SEO:
    • Perform extensive keyword research to identify relevant keywords and phrases to target.
    • Optimize existing content, including meta tags, headers, and body content, for targeted keywords.
    • Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, SEO-friendly content that aligns with user intent.
    • Ensure the website provides a positive user experience by improving navigation, readability, and engagement metrics.
  • Off-Page SEO:
    • Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites.
    • Conduct outreach campaigns to promote content and build relationships with industry influencers and bloggers.
    • Utilize social bookmarking sites to increase content visibility and drive traffic.
    • Monitor and manage the company's online reputation through reviews, forums, and other platforms.
    • Develop a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with SEO goals and drives organic traffic.
    • Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent publishing of relevant and engaging content.
    • Track and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Social Media Platforms (Including LinkedIn):
    • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms.
    • Create and curate compelling content tailored for each social media platform.
    • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and participate in relevant discussions to build a strong online community.
    • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to reach targeted audiences and achieve marketing objectives.
  • SEM (Search Engine Marketing):
    • Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
    • Develop and refine keyword strategies to maximize ROI on ad spend.
    • Write compelling ad copy and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates.
    • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
