Senior Software Engineer Opportunity

This role requires a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with expertise in the MERN stack to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will design and build robust, scalable applications that enhance user experiences.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in building web applications using the MERN stack and be able to optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • We are looking for someone who can perform code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
Responsibilities:
  1. Design and Development: The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing web applications using the MERN stack.
  2. Front-end Development: They will build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
  3. Server-side Logic: The ideal candidate will implement server-side logic and API integrations with Express.js and Node.js.
  4. Application Optimization: They will optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  5. Code Reviews and Mentorship: The Senior Software Engineer will perform code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on the MERN stack.
  • Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks.
  • Strong experience in building RESTful APIs and understanding of Microservices architecture.
  • Proficiency in MongoDB and database design.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for technology.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
