Search Marketing Team Leader Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Search Marketing team leader to drive our online presence and enhance organic search optimization.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing an SEO strategy to maximize ROI and grow profitable traffic.
  • Conducting regular keyword research and identifying key SEO KPIs to inform campaign development.
  • Oversight of search marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, with a focus on driving revenue growth through optimized search engine listings.
  • Monitoring redirects, click rates, bounce rates, and other performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, collaborating with the development team to implement best practices, and preparing regular reports on campaign performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires:

Strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, positive attitude, in-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking methods, expertise with SEO tools such as Google Search Console and BrightEdge, advanced Excel skills, experience working with CMS-driven websites, particularly WordPress.
