About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Sales Performance Improvement Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new customers and providing administrative services. You will identify potential areas to increase revenue, assist in executing sales strategies, track performance metrics, optimize sales processes, and convert data into actionable insights.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support teams in achieving monthly targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Assist in distributing sales targets effectively across teams and territories to meet objectives.
- Help implement sales planning for all brands within the territory.
- Follow up on pending orders to ensure smooth fulfillment.
- Coordinate with operations for timely installation of orders to improve conversion ratios.
- Work on expanding and improving the retail network in your territory.
- Ensure direct delivery to channels with agreed service levels, manage productivity, and control stock levels through distributors and franchisees.
- Collaborate with trade marketing and channel development teams to ensure policy compliance.
- Follow up on bill payments from new customers.
- Maintain sales quality within the territory.
- Identify areas for sales channel improvement and help develop strategies to enhance performance.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- Certification in Selling is a plus.
- Experience in sales and distribution fields.
- Experience managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Marketing and business acumen.
- Product knowledge.
