Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive to manage the procurement of chemicals for our tannery operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and negotiating with vendors, preparing professional correspondence and procurement documents, and maintaining accurate records.

About the Role

This is a full-time on-site position located in Karachi. The Senior Executive will work closely with our team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and meet the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage procurement of chemicals, including import operations;
  • Handle vendor communications, negotiations, and sourcing globally;
  • Prepare professional correspondence, purchase orders, and procurement documents;
  • Maintain and update procurement records using MS Office tools;
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and import regulations.
Requirements:
  • MBA in Supply Chain Management or a related field;
  • 3–5 years of experience in procurement, specifically in chemical imports;
  • Strong command in professional letter writing and business communication;
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
