Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven leader to head our quality assurance team. This individual will be responsible for leading a high-performing team in implementing agile testing techniques and best practices.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in QA leadership or management roles, with a focus on test automation and AI-driven solutions.
  • They will also possess extensive experience in implementing agile testing techniques and best practices.
  • A strong understanding of automation frameworks, such as Selenium, Appium, and Cypress, is essential for this role.
  • The successful candidate will also have hands-on experience with AI techniques applied to QA automation, including anomaly detection and predictive analytics.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based testing and containerized environments, such as Docker and Kubernetes, is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML tools for test automation, including TensorFlow and PyTorch, is also required.
  • Experience with test management and CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins and GitLab CI, is necessary for this position.
  • The ideal candidate will also have a strong understanding of performance and load testing tools, such as JMeter and Gatling.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with relevant certification in scrum, agile, or agile testing.

Responsibilities:
  • Implementing agile testing techniques and best practices throughout the QA team.
  • Leading a high-performing QA team, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring clear test results, metrics, and quality issues to stakeholders.
  • Developing and executing a strategic roadmap for QA automation, incorporating AI-assisted tools and techniques, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals.
  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining end-to-end automation frameworks for functional, regression, and performance testing.
  • Leveraging AI and Machine Learning to enhance test case generation, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics in the testing process.
  • Leading efficient implementation and continuous improvement of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) within the team.
  • Overseeing planning and execution of the full QA lifecycle, ensuring proper test coverage across releases.
  • Defining and monitoring key quality metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Providing detailed reports on automation test results and system performance, making recommendations for improvement.
