Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced network engineer to manage, troubleshoot, and optimize network infrastructure while driving automation initiatives.

Mandatory Skillsets:
  1. Bachelor's degree in IT or related field required.
  2. Possesses IT certifications including CCNA and CCNP.
  3. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in network infrastructure, services, and project handling.
  4. Expertise in Cisco switches and routers, Nexus switches, SDN technologies, WAN optimizers.
  5. Strong knowledge of networking principles, protocols, static/dynamic routing (e.g., NAT, DMVPN, Multicast, QoS).
  6. Experience in managing datacenter and branch networks.
  7. Proficiency in troubleshooting tools (e.g., Wireshark, DNS tools).
  8. Experience with NMS tools like SolarWinds.
  9. Ability to work 24/7 support with a proactive and analytical mindset.
Optional Skillsets:
  1. Certifications in Cisco and Dell SDN technologies desirable.
  2. Certifications in Network Automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible, GitHub) preferred.
  3. Certifications in Cloud Networking (Azure, OCI) advantageous.
  4. Certifications in Aruba Network Technologies (NAC, Wireless, SDWAN) beneficial.
  5. Experience with cloud networking solutions (Azure, OCI) a plus.
  6. Scripting and automation skills (e.g., Ansible, Jenkins, GitHub, Linux) useful.
  7. Familiarity with BMC Remedy, Incident, and Problem Management helpful.
Qualifications & Experience:
  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in network infrastructure and operations.
  3. Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) essential.
  4. Proven problem-solving and coordination skills necessary.
  5. Strategic thinker with a continuous improvement mindset required.
