Job Title: Sales and Customer Relationship Director

The Sales and Customer Relationship Director oversees the entire customer service and sales operation. This role involves managing a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

This position plays a crucial role in driving business success by achieving revenue targets, expanding the customer base, and increasing sales.

Sales Strategy Development:
  1. Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and sales objectives.
  2. New Business Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the customer base and increase sales.
  3. Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs, such as sales volume, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
  4. Leadership and Guidance: Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, including setting sales targets, conducting performance evaluations, and coaching team members to achieve sales goals.
  5. CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:
  6. Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to foster loyalty and retention.
  7. Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  8. Continuous Improvement: Implement customer feedback mechanisms to gather insights and continuously improve the customer experience.
  9. Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align customer needs with business strategies and offerings.
  10. TEAM LEADERSHIP AND DEVELOPMENT:
  11. Team Recruitment: Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  12. Ongoing Coaching: Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and support to sales representatives to help them achieve their targets and maximize their potential.
  13. Work Environment: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth.
  14. SALES PLANNING AND FORECASTING:
  15. Sales Planning: Develop and implement sales plans and forecasts to guide sales activities and resource allocation.
  16. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and risks.
  17. Reporting and Presentations: Prepare sales reports, presentations, and forecasts for management review and decision-making.
  18. PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE AND TRAINING:
  19. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers and support sales efforts.
  20. Training Sessions: Conduct product training sessions for sales team members to ensure they have a deep understanding of the products and can effectively convey value propositions to customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is required.

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the cosmetics, skincare, or beauty industry, is highly valued.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team, are essential.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach, are critical.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives is necessary.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends to drive informed decision-making is required.

Proficiency in sales CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is desirable.
