Job Overview:

We seek a seasoned Production Manager to oversee manufacturing processes, ensuring peak productivity, quality standards, and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate must possess remarkable leadership abilities, extensive technical knowledge, and the capacity to manage teams while adhering to strict safety and regulatory standards.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Design and implement production schedules aligned with business objectives.
  • Optimize workflows and allocate resources to maximize efficiency.
  • Regularly monitor production processes to guarantee compliance with quality and efficiency standards.

Staff Supervision & Leadership:

  • Mentor, train, and direct production personnel to enhance performance.
  • Delegate tasks and set performance expectations for production teams.
  • Promote a positive work environment centered on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Quality Assurance & Regulatory Compliance:

  • Verify products against corporate and industry quality benchmarks.
  • Implement and maintain comprehensive quality control procedures.
  • Guarantee adherence to health, safety regulations, and company policies.

Inventory & Financial Management:

  • Oversee raw material procurement and inventory levels.
  • Collaborate closely with procurement teams to minimize expenses and reduce waste.
  • Monitor production expenditure and optimize budgetary allocation.

Process Enhancement & Troubleshooting:

  • Identify inefficiencies and propose system-wide enhancements.
  • Swiftly resolve operational problems and implement effective solutions.
  • Integrate novel technologies and production methodologies to boost productivity.

Interdepartmental Cooperation & Communication:

  • Sync production activities with other departments to align with business priorities.
  • Maintain transparent communication with upper management regarding production status, challenges, and progress.
  • Compile detailed reports on production metrics, performance, and operational matters.

Necessary Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in production management, manufacturing, or a related industry.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and production planning.
  • Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and address production challenges efficiently.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with ERP systems, production scheduling software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulatory requirements and safety standards.
