Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the implementation of our quality management system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop, review, and update QMS standards to drive continuous improvement and enhance organizational performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address QMS issues, ensuring effective resolution and mitigation strategies.
  • Consult with senior management to resolve complex legal compliance issues and provide expert guidance on QMS matters.
  • Analyze alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, and procedures; develop corrective action plans to prevent recurrence.
  • Evaluate, investigate, and resolve QMS issues to maintain a robust and effective quality management framework.
  • Identify potential QMS vulnerabilities and risk areas; develop strategies for mitigation and prevention to ensure business continuity.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on QMS implementation progress, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement effective QMS training programs for employees and managers to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Cultivate partnerships with external auditors and regulatory bodies to maintain certifications and ensure compliance.
  • Spearhead internal audits, supervising the Internal Auditor and ensuring accurate documentation and record-keeping.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Business Administration)
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Quality Management System departments

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the evolution of the QMS to meet organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive QMS initiatives and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Maintain and develop QMS standards, policies, and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and certification.
  • Monitor and report QMS performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience as a Quality Assurance Manager or similar role.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 or other quality management standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders and facilitate collaboration.
