  • Effectively manage customer inquiries from various social media platforms, providing timely solutions.
  • Support with order packaging, with assistance available if needed.
  • Maintain and update Shopify inventory, adding new products as required.
  • Enhance and design the Daraz shop, ensuring seamless product uploads.
  • Resolve issues related to inventory management promptly.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We require excellent communication skills, proficiency in English, and strong customer handling and sales abilities.
