We are looking for an experienced Employment Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us attract top talent from around the world. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment marketing campaigns to reach a wider audience and attract high-quality candidates.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and partners to understand their recruitment needs and preferences.
  • Create engaging content and materials to showcase our company's values and culture, and to promote our job openings to potential candidates.
  • Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize our recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in recruitment marketing, and adapt our strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
  • A Master's Degree or equivalent in human resources, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
