Senior Architect Role
We are seeking a highly experienced senior architect to join our team. As a senior architect, you will be responsible for leading architectural design processes, developing client-oriented solutions, and coordinating inter-team communication.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Oversee complex architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring high standards of quality and meeting multiple stakeholder requirements.
  2. Develop and implement design proposals tailored to client needs, facilitating open communication channels and ensuring client satisfaction.
  3. Supervise and mentor junior architects, drafters, and other team members to ensure timely project delivery and effective collaboration.
  4. Ensure that all architectural designs comply with industry standards, building codes, and relevant regulations.
  5. Effectively manage project resources, including time and budget, to meet deadlines while minimizing costs.
  6. Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to achieve cohesive design outcomes.
  7. Conduct regular site visits to inspect progress, ensure construction aligns with design specifications, and address any issues promptly.
  8. Prepare detailed construction documents, specifications, and permit applications in a timely manner.
  9. Stay up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, innovations, and best practices to deliver sustainable and cutting-edge solutions.
  10. Mentor and guide junior staff to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
